CHILDREN

Children are agents of change in creating a better world when they have the capacity to deploy their potential. However, the situation of children in Morocco is particularly deficient.

Because children in Morocco require specific, priority and targeted investments, our Foundation invests in high-impact initiatives in the following areas:

Neonatal care:

  • Initiatives to raise awareness and/or educate children about healthy lifestyle.
  • Initiatives aimed at enhancing and improving child health.

Excellence School

  • Improving the quality of schools with the educational practice community.
  • Abdelkader Bensalah Excellence Scholarship Program for deserving students.

Entrepreneurship Education

  • Improving learning experience through play
  • Supporting entrepreneurship education projects

SENIORS

In Morocco, the elderly are increasingly suffering from the breakdown of family ties and the lack of services adapted to their needs.

Our Foundation wants to help enable our seniors to grow old with dignity. Adequate support is offered to them through various initiatives:

Abdelkader Bensalah Center: Creating in Casablanca a pilot institution for the social and economic reintegration of the elderly who are totally or partially abandoned up to “best in class” standards.

Life skills training: Establishing literary and digital literacy programs, financial education and legal awareness.

Working seniors: Valuing seniors know-how through social entrepreneurship

WOMEN

Despite their being more educated, women still suffer from many forms of exclusion from employment.

Our foundation contributes to the national effort to support women living in precarious conditions in order to overcome socio-economic inequalities, particularly through these actions:

Maternal prevention:

  • Prevention of maternity related risks.
  • Medical and social assistance for mothers in need.

Continuing education:

  • Enhancing professional capabilities and life skills.
  • Continuing education for professional (re)integration.

Female entrepreneurs:

  • Women access to entrepreneurship training.
  • Individual and group social entrepreneurship.
