He did not just acquire stakes in many companies, but he made of the diversification policy his hobbyhorse, taking over Les Eaux Min\u00e9rales d\u2019Oulm\u00e8s, Le Comptoir M\u00e9tallurgique Marocain, Orbonor Textile et Orbonor C\u00e9r\u00e9ales.
